The volume control scheme uses a relay to control the R-2R resistor network structure. The output impedance of this structure is constant, and the sound quality is not damaged at any volume. There is no problem that the sound quality of the traditional potentiometer changes with the volume due to the impedance is not constant; unlike the dedicated electronic volume chip, the sound characteristics of the chip will have a decisive influence on the sound of the whole machine. This machine has added the de-glitch algorithm to the digital control circuit of the relay, which completely eliminates the problem of popping in the traditional relay control volume scheme.
Adhering to the design philosophy of the introduction, the signal path is fully DC coupled, and no coupling capacitor affects the sound. Thanks to the original design circuit, even if there is no coupling capacitor, the output DC voltage is very low, which makes the signal loop reach an ideal state, and the sense of hearing is more clear than the traditional design.
The power supply design of this machine adopts a 60W single crystal copper transformer, and adopts a self-developed high-speed power supply with high suppression ratio and low noise discrete parts. The advantages of Class A parallel power supply can improve the sense of low frequency, and the sound is very delicate, and the sound of the whole frequency band is relatively balanced.
