Warranty Policy-Meze

Meze headphones undergo a meticulous development process whereby every possible aspect is refined. They engineer with durability in mind. In the unlikely event that a Meze product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact Gears For Ears. Please make sure that the issue with your product is eligible for a warranty claim.

Please note that Gears For Ears is not authorized to handle the warranty claims for the purchases that are made outside Bangladesh.

Meze's Warranty Period is 1 Year from the date of the Invoice for the following products. 

  • Meze - 99 Neo
  • Meze - 12 Classics
  • Meze - 99 Classics

Meze's Warranty Period is 2 Years from the date of the Invoice for the following products.

  • Meze - Rai Penta
  • Meze - Rai Solo
  • Meze - Empyrean
  • Meze - LIRIC
  • Meze - ELITE
  • Meze - 109 PRO

Eligibility for warranty

  • Manufacturing Defects
  • One side not working
  • Both sides not working
  • Channel imbalance
  • Crackling Sound
  • Mic/Remote not working
  • Any other manufacturing defect

Non-Eligible for warranty

  • Physical Damages
  • Wear and tear from usage
  • Cosmetic flaws
  • Wire/cord tearing
  • Damages to accessories
  • Any other accidental damage
  • Natural disasters or animal related damages
