FiiO has equipped the KA2 with two CS43131 DAC chips from Cirrus Logics that provides ultimate performance by achieving ultra-low THD+N and high SNR ratings ensuring an impressive performance.
FiiO KA2 might have a compact form factor, but it packs some serious punch with a fully balanced 4.4mm headphone connection. It provides a whopping 153mW of clean output power with a clean, noise-free background. FiiO KA2 ensures you get a powerful performance with a pitch dark background in the output signal. It can drive most IEMs and some low-power requiring headphones with ease.
Adjust the output to your liking with five pre-built digital filters on the KA2. You have to use the FiiO Control application on your smartphone to change the digital filters.
KA2 gets full integration with the FiiO Control application on your smartphones. You can adjust various settings such as gain level, digital filters, and more via the application. It will also allow the users to upgrade the firmware on their KA2 on the go.
FiiO KA2 gets an exquisite all-metal housing with a design that is identical to the KA1 and KA3 USB DAC/AMPs. It houses a multi-color RGB indicator ring light on the front that glows into different colors depending on the active file bitrate.
